Simon Osborne - Co-Founder & Director

Simon is a co-founder of Eden Park Capital with a focus on structuring real estate capital solutions for a range of borrower and sponsors.
​
For over 20 years, Simon has gained experience as a capital advisor, investor, developer and principle lender in the UK, Europe and Middle East. Following roles with Cushman & Wakefield's Investment & Finance division in Central Europe and Deutsche Bank's European Real Estate Group, Simon re-located to the UAE where he was involved in setting up a development and fund management division for a regional family office located in Abu Dhabi and the restructuring of one of Dubai's largest publicly listed real estate developers.
More recently, Simon has held principle lending and capital advisory roles at Fortwell Capital and Blackbear Capital.

His expertise lies in structuring and executing single and multi-jurisdictional investment and finance transactions across multiple sectors and geographies, including strategic portfolio and asset restructuring. He has a proven track record of delivering innovative and bespoke solutions for complex and challenging deals, and building long-term relationships with clients and lenders.

Leon - Co-Founder & Director

Leon is a co-founder of Eden Park Capital and is focused on working with family offices, ultra-high net worth individuals and private real estate investors. Acting as a conduit between these parties, Leon’s role is to arrange the efficient allocation of debt and equity capital solutions for European real estate projects and provide family offices with absolute clarity on debt solutions.

For more than 15 years, Leon has worked with some of the world’s wealthiest individuals, helping them to finance superyachts and private jets. He has enjoyed great success in this sector, often closing transactions in the tens of millions. His continued commitment to this market and persistence in delivering for clients, has given Leon the esteemed position as one of the premier advisors on this subject matter globally. Naturally, due to the highly confidential, complex cross-border nature of these assets and exceptionally detailed credit underwriting, his work has led him to build long standing relationships within an enviable network of ultra-high net worth individuals and the family offices that support them.
